I will be taking on the challenge of walking 18 miles in the dark along a very tricky coastline, in what I expect will be rain (its Wales after all) with a group of people I barely know.....!! That in itself is enough for some sponsorship? right?

I embrace a challenge and love to support charities and find this to be a very worthy cause - St Johns ambulance has touched mine, the lives of my family and many many people and I whole heartedly believe in giving back even just a little......

I need to raise a minimum of £300 and believe with the help of my family, friends, work colleagues that the figure is more than achievable - you kind of know me, what I am about and the injuries I have endured this last year.

Please dont make me resort to guilt, sob strories and crying, you really wont like it i promise.
