I have seen Daily Dashers out on their runs on previous years and always wondered if I too could run 5km every day in December. The  physical challenge combined with how to fit runs in in what is always a franctic month will be tough but I really want to show my support for Sue Ryder who do such amazing work. I know how expensive and busy this time of year is but if you can spare a few pounds in support I would be very grateful and I will think of you as I pound the fields and streets of Cookham over the festive period!
