So the run went well and I finish in a shade over 5hrs. Since then I've run the Grand East Anglian Run and the London 10k. Neither of these were for the charity as such as everyone has been so generous to date. One more event to go.

Not long to go now. Still trying to fit training in around work and family with some degree of success. Now at the stage I am hoping the weather will be good and I avoid injury. Looking forward to the big day:0)
