Story

A few more exciting adventures planned for 2010 before the old legs start telling me it's time to start growing old disgracefully! Back for another crack at IronMan South Africa in April so what better preparation than adding a short spin on the bike to February's training plan!

The Gondola Pyrenees Challenge in September 2008 was one of the most magical things I've ever been involved with (check out the pics!) and thanks to the generosity of so many friends, family and work pals we managed to raise heaps of money for BLISS.

You'll remember that Lawrence D was part of the Pyrenees squad and having now created his Dallaglio Foundation he's organised another amazing adventure for a team to cycle between the six stadia of the Six Nations - all the way from Rome to Murrayfield over 25 days. Along with a couple of pals I'm doing Stage 2 cycling 686km from Nice to Paris over 5 days.

Have a look at what it's all about at http://www.dallagliocycleslam.com/

It's a really, really worthwhile cause and I'd be so grateful if you would think about sponsoring me (I know I'm asking many of you to do so again so special thanks to all of you) - in return I promise I'll train harder than ever and despite dragging up the average age I'll not let you down!

Muchos gracias!

Nigel
