This February I will be participating in the Dallaglio Cycle Slam. I will be involved in Stage 4, Twickenham to Fishguard which is 439 Km start to finish!!

I would be most grateful for your support in this. The Dallaglio Cycle Slam is aiming to raise at least a million pounds for charity, with net proceeds split equally between Sport Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation.
