Sorry to be giving you short notice but thought you might be interested to know that I’m doing the Brighton 50 Mile Bike Ride in just a few days on Saturday 26th September. I’m intending to raise as much money as I can for Action Village India, the charity that I’ve been involved with for 20 years. The ride starts in Brighton, goes along the coast to Newhaven and then climbs steeply (!!) to the South Downs and visits Lewes and a lot of small, attractive villages which I will be much too exhausted to notice, arriving back in Brighton in the afternoon. If you would like to support AVI (a grassroots development charity working in rural India which seeks to promote social and economic development amongst the poorest groups through its personal relationships built up over many years with NGO partners,) please read on.
