Sorry to be giving you short notice but thought you might be interested to know that I’m doing the Brighton 50 Mile Bike Ride in just a few days on Saturday 26 September. I’m intending to raise as much money as I can for , the charity that I’ve been involved with for 20 years. The ride starts in Brighton, goes along the coast to Newhaven and then climbs steeply (!!) to the South Downs and visits Lewes and a lot of small, attractive villages which I will be much too exhausted to notice, arriving back in in the afternoon.If you would like to support AVI (a grassroots development charity working in rural which seeks to promote social and economic development amongst the poorest groups through its personal relationships built up over many years with NGO partners,) please read on.
