<p>I'm entering the 'Paras 10' challenge on September 9th 2012&nbsp;-&nbsp;the same&nbsp;10 mile multi-terrain&nbsp;'P' Company cross country route used for Paratrooper selection.&nbsp; I'll be carrying&nbsp;carrying a bergen weighing 35lb, fully&nbsp;booted and ready to roll&nbsp;- no lycra here!&nbsp; As a guide the 'P' Company selection cut off time is 1hr 50m, miss this and they fail.&nbsp; Being of a certain age this is going to take me a fair bit of training&nbsp;and I'd love your support.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>It costs &pound;110 to feed Claire House residents for a day, please help me give them a day's free meals and I'll work my socks off to hit 1hr 50m.</p>
