My challenge is to cycle a gruelling 750 miles in 8 days from Paris to Nice taking in two of the Tour de France's most famousclimbs, the relenting, barren, legendary "Windy Mountain", Mont Ventoux and if that wasn't enough, then take in every single one of the iconic 21 hairpins that make up Alpe d'huez.
