Hi Beautiful Friends
As most for you will know I'm making 2010 the year of doing things I've never done before. I've already been to Italy and learned to ski a blue run in -19 degrees, eaten new and strange food stuffs including green been ( I just don't LIKE olives) and stayed silent for 4 hours (honest to god I managed it) and now......drum roll please...... on May 3rd I will be walking backwards with only a rope to stop me falling to my death down the outside of Guy's Hospital Tower the tallest hospital building in the world
450ft
OooooooooK I didn't know that when I pressed send (thanks Sarah for lending me your iphone to google the fact) but I'm all signed up now and it will be the scariest first for the year
It's all to raise money for a MAGICAL charity Springboard for Children - who help barely literate children overcome their learning difficulties and raise their expectations of themselves in inner city infant schools in London and Manchester (note: I've covered all North v South bases). As a BIG bookworm and worst speller in the world it's a topic very close to my heart.
I've got to raise £250 but as this is the first (and if it goes wrong last) time I've ever asked any of you to sponsor me I know that you'll all dig deep to help me smash this figure...
I know you all get payed this week so get your hands in your pockets, it's really simple fast and totally secure, all your details are safe, JustGiving never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity so you don't have to hand over cold hard real cash (think shopping online and you'll get the idea) and remember to GiftAid if you can as the charity will get the extra penny's.
Thanks for reading to the end as it's taken me over an hour, three computer crashes without saving, 4 cups of tea, 40 mini sausages and two burned pitta's to get something I'm happy with Oh and also in advance for an money you can give
Love & Hugs as always
