Connections at St Martin’s helps the homeless by giving advice, care and support in a welcoming and friendly environment. They provide a day and night centre, outreach for rough sleepers, skills training and career advice, as well as activity programmes and specialist support for complex needs.
Nikki gave up a lot of her own time to help this charity and she loved to help those less fortunate than herself so thank you for helping them continue their brilliant work.
