On October 25th I am running the Great South Run. I can't remember now why I decided to do it, and I'm sure I'll probably regret when the day comes! But there is one good thing to come out of it and that is that I can raise some money for the charity that I work for, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.
