On Sunday 26th May I will be taking part in the Great Manchester 10km Run, raising money for Cancer Research UK.

Their groundbreaking work into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer has seen UK survival rates double in the last 40 years.

Please help them to continue their great work by sponsoring me while I run.. walk.. and quite possibly crawl the 10km.  You'll help make the training I've been doing to go from not being able to run for even a minute at the start of the year, to actually standing a chance of completing this, all worthwhile!
