I remember that first second that I laid eyes on you like it was just yesterday.The most beautiful thing I have ever seen with your mass of dark hair and those big beautiful eyes with lashes to die for.I knew then that I would never let go of you not even for a second. Everyone said I was over protective but to me it was just pure instant love. I used to just look at you when you were sleeping for no other reason than just because I could.
Even when you made me cross by fixing endless unbroken things with enough bits left over to re invent something else, I could never do the whole telling off thing without laughing . You would win me over every time with those eyes and that smile, that was something that would never change even as the years went by . I would get told to be stronger with you but nobody understood. We just did our own thing and we were always happy . You were like my little shadow eveywhere I went you came too.
I would not change one single second spent with you Nino Sorrentino. You have grown into a man that makes me proud beyond belief and letting go of your hand is the single most painful thing I have ever had to do.
You have brought me happiness and laughter beyond compare. We share a special bond that cannot be broken by anyone , any thing or any time .Your last wave goodbye will be imprinted on my mind and heart forever.
