Promoting Equality in African Schools [PEAS] is a UK charity which aims to make a sustainable, long-term difference to the lives of African children. It does this through the foundation and development of low-fee secondary schools, initially in Uganda, helping vocation centred secondary education become available to a greater number of young Africans.

My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving fundraising page.

I'm taking part in the 'Run to School' 10k (I've been training and i do plan on running it!) which is raising money for the charity PEAS- Promoting Equality in African Schools. Many students in Uganda walk long distances everyday to get to school. They're the lucky ones. Most have no access to secondary education. Your donation towards 'Run to School' will help to build a school in Uganda so that hundreds more young people get the education they long for.
