<p>As you may or may not know..me and some great friends have been organising a 40K triathlon around Dore, Sheffield to raise money for Cavendish Cancer Centre.</p> <p>Its a charity based service that offers counselling and<br> complimentary medicine to those with cancer (note the little c!!) and<br> their families and carers. It survives on donations and pledges and<br> having used this service previously I am proud to have it as the sole<br> beneficiary of the Triathlon.</p> <p><br> Its a No Swim Triathlon as none of us could be bothered to shave<br> anything! So we are running 10k, biking 20k and walking 10K in that<br> order.
