WaterAid is an international not-for-profit, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. Only by tackling these three essentials in ways that last can people change their lives for good.

Story

In August 2018 I will be joining my colleagues to conduct what might be the largest trek through Greenland to date. While the artic wilderness of glaciers, tundra and wildlife will surely be awe inspiring, seeing bankers trying to manage without toilets, running water, and carrying their own gear will be comedy inspiring. If you love a good dose of schadenfreude (and who doesn't like to see bankers in misery?), then donating to this trip is for you!

Other than bringing bankers to their knees, WaterAid is a non-profit that provides clean drinking water and sanitation to the developing world. It is shocking to know that more than 600 million people lack basic safe drinking water. What the developed world has taken for granted since the 1920's still kills 800 children every day!
