My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The run is now complete and I am so grateful for all your support. For those who are interested I came 1197 out of 1307 competitors. My official time was 2:20:25 which was slightly better than I hoped for. The first half of the run took me 1:11:26 and the second half of the race took me 1:10:01. So at least I finished strongly. The amount of money raised for Caring For Life was far more than I expected; so once again thank you all your your generous support. Finally I want to thank my heavenly Father for caring for me and helping me to complete the run. For a full set of result go to: larnehalfmarathon.com

I'd join you but 13 miles is too short for me - I prefer longer runs! Great job! Run with perseverance - and Larne's scenery will keep you going!
