Thanks for taking the time to visit Nottingham Forest Football Club's JustGiving page, we are proud to be supporting Nottinghamshire Hospice this year. The Hospice is a local charity that cares for adults with any Life Limiting ilness through their Daycare and Hospice at Home services. They offer over 7,000 place in their Daycare Centre and deliver over 36,000 hours of care through their Hospice at Home service. All of which is free of charge to their patients. It costs 2.5 million a year to keep the Hospice running and as they only recieve 30% of their funding from the NHS they need help from individuals, corprate partners, community groups etc to help raise this money and raise awareness for the charity.
