Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim ( In the name of God, most Gracious and Most Merciful )

Assalamualaikum (peace be upon you) and hello everyone 

As you know, violence in Syria began in March 2011 and many people have died in the clashes between President Bashar al-Assad government with citizen. Many house was destroyed, people are executed from their own house  and most of the refugees are children and woman.

Last year, many died from the coldness of winter so initiative that we make is to provide them with blanket or some warm cloth  for them to survive the winter with just a single cloth on them.

So, InsyaAllah I'll hiking up Mount Snowdon next week to raise funds for Human Relief's Foundation- Blanket for Syria Appeal and following last years' success of the biggest USIC charity event of the year, through which they managed to raise almost £10,000 for a good cause. No matter how much you donate, your donation can make a difference!

I believe that the act of helping others can  provide you  sense of well-being, knowing that you sacrificed something such as time or finances in order to help others in need. Also, it can give you inner satisfaction and what is MORE  important than inner peace?

and most important, what is the  purpose of life without giving? InsyaAllah ( if God is willing ) you may find the purpose of your own life through this.
