Plumpy Nut Challenge · 14 March 2013

When disaster strikes, Merlin's medical experts are there, doing whatever it takes to save lives. And when the cameras have moved on, we stay. Taking communities from emergency to recovery, we work together to revive health services in some of the world's toughest places.

Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

For two days from Thursday 14th March, I will be forsaking the pleasantries of rich, filling food and instead eating just four packets of Plumpy'Nut - a high-nutrition peanut paste designed as emergency food for starving children.

Plumpy'Nut is a last resort food that Merlin hands out to kids suffering from severe malnutrition. An 8-week course of Plumpy'Nut can stabilise a child and help them onto a healthy childhood.

Just £50 is all it takes to save a child's life with a course of Plumpy'Nut
