O2 Online - December Daily Dash · 1 December 2018

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

So what is the December Daily Dash?

The DDD is a challenge to run, walk or jog 5KM/3M each day in December. It was set up in 2015 after the founder lost both parents to cancer in the space of 18 months. The dash raises much needed funds for the great work that Sue Ryder hospices - who cared for the founder's dad in the last few months of his life - do for those with incurable illness and their families.

Every day, even Christmas day?

Absolutely - the Christmas day run is one of the best as it gets you out of the house and active, and maybe even bumping into some fellow dashers.
