Hey guys, Parisa here. I want to share something with you in the hope that we can all pull together to make a real difference…
Unfortunately, in December 2013 my mum was diagnosed with lung cancer and it was a huge hit to all of us... my family our friends and also the band. As I'm sure you can imagine it's been a tough couple of months but we're starting to climb the mountain that we've been faced with and are working together to fight this horrible disease. Some of you may know I'm quite a private person and it's tough for me to say something like this to all of you, but I feel that with all of you guys on board we can turn these difficult situations into ones where we can raise awareness & money for Cancer charities. I know that some of you Youngsters have been affected by this disease through family and yourselves and I think it's comforting to know that people are there for you and have gone through similar things.

On Saturday March 8th 2014, Only The Young, will be meeting at Leicester Square in London at 12pm. We have organised a walk through London and will be stopping at certain locations to do busking sessions and all the proceeds will go to our chosen Cancer charities. We will be singing, meeting people, having fun and most importantly, raising LOTS of money. We'll bring money buckets, posters, stickers and banners to tell people what we're raising money for… 

We would LOVE for you all to come and bring as many people as you want and lets make a massive difference. I know you'll all be supportive and I thank you for listening… Together we can make a difference and fight this horrible disease. RT, Spread the word… Youngsters Go Hard
