<p>November isn't just MOVEMBER, it's also 'GROW-A-GRAV' month and with our month-old 'Gravs'&nbsp;it's nearly time to say goodbye to fuzz and hello razor again!&nbsp; Please dig deep and give generously or we'll all have to stay bearded until you do!</p> <p>&nbsp;In honour of one of Welsh rugby's greatest cult&nbsp;figures a few of us at the surgery are hiding the razor and growing beards - please support us financially in aid of 2 Down's Syndrome charities.... We realise we're not climbing mountains or running marathons this time but every little helps!</p> <p>Donations on-line via JustGiving go to the Downs Syndrome Association and donations at the surgery will go to 21-plus; a Gwent based charity supporting families and children with Down's Syndrome.</p> <p>So far we've braved the embarrasment of looking like tramps and the interminable itching....
