Savills' London to Cambridge Cycle Ride · 12 September 2010

Honeypot’s vision is for every child to make the most of their one chance at childhood. Since 1996 we have been working to enhance the lives of vulnerable children and young carers aged 5-12 years by providing residential respite breaks and on-going outreach support.

Story

The Oakley Court peleton of Neil "the Terminator" Grindey, Geoff "the Bear" Hardwick, Mark "Ironman" Noctor and Mat "are we nearly there yet" Hobbs are taking part in Savills' London to Cambridge Bike Ride.

After years of spending too much on bikes, our patient wives want to see some return on the outlay, so we will be slogging the 65 miles from London to Cambridge in aid of this fantastic charity.

"Honeypot provides respite holidays and on-going outreach support to young carers and children at risk.

We give them a break from demanding and stressful conditions at home and provide a safe and nurturing environment in which to develop their full potential.

Our vision is for every child to make the most of their one chance at childhood."
