We are off again in August, this time walking the Offa's Dyke Trail to support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.  We aim to complete the 174 miles in 12 days hopefully suffering no more than a few blisters and a spot of sunburn.  Mark's sister (aged 8) has CF so it is really importanat that we raise as much money as possible in order to give her a chance to have a long and healthy life (current life expectancy for CF is 30).
