Crazy. Filthy. Dirty. Mucky. Call me what you want...

I have decided to set myself the challenge of running not 1, but 2 sprint obstacle races over the next few months. (This may increase to 3, depending on dates).

I don't like road-running and these sprints will see me trying to power through lagoons of mud, across tightropes, up walls, down drops, through trenches and across flaming barriers to (hopefully) drop, exhausted and elated, over the finish line. Each race is designed to test your resilience, strength, stamina, quick decision making skills, and of course your ability to laugh in the face of adversity!!! Oh, and I really love getting a bit dirty :)
