Hello All,

This year I will be looking to raise money for Macmillen Cancer support, running 10km in the tricky and trecharous hills of Milton Keynes! Ok I can not gloss the fact that in this day and age a 10km run is far from a challenge compared to climbing mountains and jumping out of planes! To make it more of a challenge, im not going to train for this!

Ultimatly the intention is to support this worthwhile charity who i know provide an excellent service for those going through the difficulties of Cancer. I hope you can support me to raise some cash for them.
