<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma;">In a moment of sheer brilliance (or madness!), the Music Department at Wycombe High School decided to present the staff with a challenge; to learn a new instrument and pass Grade One exam in six months.&nbsp;Staff are being sponsored to raise money for the &lsquo;Play Your Part&rsquo; campaign. We at WHS are looking to raise &pound;1.5 million in order to build a new Music block, work that is desperately needed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Tahoma;">Ok, so choosing viola is a cheat because I used to play the violin BUT THAT WAS 25 YEARS AGO and anyway Viola is in Alto Clef. </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma;">So far so good - it seems muscles have memory and&nbsp;i</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma;">t just goes to prove practise makes permanent.
