Arctic Survival Challenge March 2020

Arctic Survival Challenge 01/03/20 · 1 March 2020 to 8 March 2020 ·
On the 1st March 2020, 3 co-workers and I are embarking on an incredible Arctic Survival Challenge in order to raise money for an amazing charity - The Royal British Legion.
In an age where people are pushing themselves to the limits with challenges like running, cycling and climbing extraordinary distances or heights - we thought we would do something different and push ourselves not only physically, but mentally too. We’ll spend 7 days in the Arctic with temperatures dropping to -30c with only 4-5 hours of daylight per day. Each day will present its own unique challenges culminating in spending the final three nights in our own hand built snow holes. To add to the challenge there will be no electricity, WiFi, running water or the usual comforts we have at home which in itself will be one of the biggest challenges.
Our aim is to raise £10,000 to support the amazing work carried out by The Royal British Legion.
The Legion offer assistance to those impacted by a life in service - not only servicemen and women but also their families. The donation you make will continue to make the support they offer available to those who sacrifice so much so that we may enjoy the freedom we so often take for granted.
Please donate what ever you can, every penny counts and will make those long, cold nights in the Arctic a bit more bearable (did I mention that we have to keep a 24 hour watch for bears and wolves?) thank you for your support and look out for our pre and post adventure blog!
Thank you so much on behalf of our team and the Royal British Legion,
Oli
