My sister asked me if i would sign up for this cycle ride and i foolishly accepted over a few beers.. But seriously this is for such a worthy cause, i would be incredibly grateful for every pound raised.

I am dedicating this ride to a close family friend who sadly passed away last week. He was a great bloke who never took things too seriously and kept smiling until the end. Unfortunately he was taken from us far too early, but Fred - this is for you buddy. Thanks for the laughs we shared for many years. x
