Story

For those of you that know us, the fact that we are even writing a short note on a page dedicated to our running of a marathon is pretty extraordinary.

Pushed to sign up by our friend Simon who ran a 5 day Jungle Marathon last October, we've been training on and off since the spring. Luckily we've chosen the flattest marathon in the world as our first (and likely last), trust the Germans to come up with the globe's most efficient marathon course.

Our chosen charity is a called the UK Autism Foundation - a really small organization for whom every pound raised is hugely significant.

Hopefully you'll dig deep on our behalfs in recognition of the importance of the work that the Foundation do (and the fact that we are actually running a marathon!)

Obviously all of your donations are going direct to the charity, we are funding all of the costs for running the marathon ourselves.
