On the 17th September Ol will be competing in the Nokia Coast to Coast Challenge to raise money for St Leonard's Hospice, which is based in York. 

As some of you will be aware, St Leonard's is a particularlu special cause to many of us who knew Will Burns. Will sadly passed away last September following a long battle with cancer and St Leonard’s did an amazing job looking after him in his final weeks. 

The Nokia Coast to Coast Challenge is a pretty gruelling task - 105 miles across the Scottish Highlands from Nairn to Loch Leven, as follows:

• Trek/Run - 7 miles (5 miles off-road) 
• Road Cycle - 48 miles 
• Mini Kayak & Run - 2 miles max 
• Off-Road & Road Cycle - 33 miles (16 miles off-road) 
• Trek/Run - 14 miles (12 miles off-road) 
• Kayak - 1 mile 
• Short run to finish line 

TOTAL JOURNEY - 105 miles

All donations no matter how big or small will be gratefully received, and Ol will be funding any of the costs himself, so you can be sure that your donations will be going straight to charity and not funding the trips or extra-curricular activities afterwards!
