Through my hockey team a group of us will be taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge in April. I will be hiking 24.5 miles in 12 hours over Yorkshire's three highest peaks, Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough. We are raising money for SUDEP Action, a charity for epilepsy bereavement, in memory of Emily Sumaria a former hockey girl. 

Epilespy is one of the top ten causes of early death in the UK, with roughly one in every thousand people with epilepsy dying with no obvious cause. SUDEP Action raises awareness and money for epilepsy research and the prevention of epilepsy related deaths.
