The event combines challenging tower runs up three of London’s tallest buildings, a total of c.5K run between locations, and an abseil off the third tower as the ultimate finale. Participants will conquer 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin), Salesforce Tower London (formerly known as Heron Tower) and 200 Aldersgate, which will also host the 56 metre abseil.

With a combination of over 2,000 steps to climb over 105 floors, a 5k run before a 56m abseil, I'm hoping that the pain in my legs overrides the vertigo!
