<p>It seemed like a good idea at the time....!!&nbsp;And 5k didn't seem very far....but then people started getting competitive.&nbsp; Argh!</p> <p>Anyway, we have signed ourselves up to participate in the 5k Red Run in support of Positive East for World AIDS Day 2011. Positive East is a fabulous charity working on improving the quality of life of individuals and communities affected by HIV in East London.</p> <p>The race will take place around Clapham Common on Sunday 27th November and your kind donations will help us to make a speedy run on what is sure to be a freezing cold day!</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
