It seemed like a good idea at the time....!! And 5k didn't seem very far....but then people started getting competitive. Argh!
Anyway, we have signed ourselves up to participate in the 5k Red Run in support of Positive East for World AIDS Day 2011. Positive East is a fabulous charity working on improving the quality of life of individuals and communities affected by HIV in East London.
The race will take place around Clapham Common on Sunday 27th November and your kind donations will help us to make a speedy run on what is sure to be a freezing cold day!
