Hi everyone.

After years of wanting to run the Marathon but never quite sorting it out (too many drinks, lack of fitness etc), 2010 will be the year that I actually get to compete, well hopefully! I am running on behalf of BackCare and need to raise £1,500 and that's where you come in.

Please dig deep and help out by sponsoring me.

BackCare is a national charity whose aim is to promote healthy backs. Two in five of us will suffer from back problems. 1.1 million people are disabled by backpain, making it the nation's leading casue of disability.

I am looking to complete it in less then 4 hours, so have sacrificed my deep sea diver outfit for the classic shorts and T-shirt combo in a bid to gain more speed.
