Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've signed up for a few long distance rides this year. For the Cardiff to Tenby ride I'm supporting Marie Curie Holme Tower hospice in Penarth. They're there for people when they most need support.

I'm going to ride for fun and for the challenge anyway, but if I can help raise money too then all the better.

I know everyone's doing this kind of thing but if you can spare a few quid for my effort that'd be grand :)
