Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This is my first ever attempt to be pro-active and to raise money on behalf of a charity. I have chosen Schools for Africa (Registered charity number 1127661) as personally I do not believe that there should be any child in the world that is not entitled to a good education which will allow them to achieve any goal that they want in life.
So little money can make such a big difference to the lives of thousands of Africans and the education of one child shall provide for them a better chance of finding employment with a good income so that they can support the lives of themselves and their families.
I have set a target of £1000 to be reached within the next 6 months. I am not sure if this is being ambitious or not however I intend to try my best to achieve the target. I will keep this page updated with any events and hope that this will be the first of many attempts by myself to fund raise and improve the lives of people across the world.
So please, give as little or as much as you can. All it will take is £1 from 1000 people.
Here are a few examples of what difference your donation could make:
£10 will buy a set of wall charts for a classroom.
£25 will buy a set of text books for a teacher.
£80 will buy a sewing machine.
£350 will help us build toilets for a school.
£500 will help us install clean drinking water.
£3500 will pay for the building of a new classroom.
