I raising donations for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation after the sad news of the death of a true football legend.
Which I am taking part in 3 upcoming events that total 179.9 miles.
First is the Eireman, which is Ironman distance triathlon. This consists of a 2.4 mile swim in the Irish Sea followed by a 112 mile cycle ride and then to finish of just a marathon 26.2 miles to complete.
Just a week later I am doing the Ipswich Half Marathon which is just the 13.1 miles but will feel a lot further.
Then after a couple of months I am also taking part in Dublin Marathon which is a nice 26.2 miles.
The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation helps experts within the
NHS, in collaboration with scientists at Newcastle University, to
develop new treatments.
