War and conflict has forced millions of people to find refuge in places where they can't legally work. Talent Beyond Boundaries changes lives by connecting skilled refugees with international job opportunities.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. IRESS is a strong supporter of Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) and is the first company globally to hire a refugee through the Talent Beyond Boundaries initiative.

TBB connects skilled refugees with international job opportunities through engaged employers, such as IRESS. This could be life changing for tens of thousands of skilled refugees and their families while at the same time allowing companies to hire quality candidates which may help reduce skill shortages experienced in key industries.
