This page has been set up in memory of Oscar Stevens who died on 3 June 2009 aged 11 at Bristol Children's Hospital. Oscar was being treated for endocarditis and died following an operation to try and treat complications arising from his condition. Oscar was born with complex heart defects but in spite of these he led a full, active and very normal life. Our chosen charity supports the wonderful team on ward 32 at the hospital as well as the families of children who are patients there. We are particularly hoping to raise money to purchase IT equipment for the ward to help improve the stay for older children receiving treatment for heart problems.
Oscar was a quirky and very loving boy who would have wanted to be remembered for his funny side. Please have fun raising money in his memory.
