I've been selected by BskyB to be one of the runners to help raise money for Media Trust.

I will be running 'The British 10K' in London on Sunday 14th July. Some of you may already know that i've ran a marathon this year so this is nothing compared to that??.....but lets look at it as fundraising for all them crazy half marathons and full marathons i've done in the past.
