<p>Hi. On Sunday, 1st of July 2012 I will be taking part in the Outlaw Triathlon in Nottingham to raise money for charity.</p> <p>This is an Ironman distance tri: 3.8Km/2.4mile swim, 180Km/112mile bike and 42.2Km/26.2mile run.</p> <p>Please help me to raise money for this truly deserving charity - The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre in Tunbridge Wells.
