On 7th July 2013, I completed the Outlaw Triathlon (2.4m swim, 112m bike and 26.2m run) in 13:34:04. 

i've had so many messages of support and have been so pleased to raise £1000 so far for Cancer Research, to help anyone affected by Cancer, and there are a lot of them. The Outlaw's only one long day, they've got day after day of tough stuff to get through.
