Two years ago, a very good friend of mine, Pete Shaw cycled over 1,000 miles from John O’Groats to Lands End to raise money for the charity I set up in Jill's name; "Birth Reflections". This is an extremely valuable counselling service for parents who have suffered trauma during childbirth. The attached document gives you a little more information about the Charity.  This September Pete is making the return journey (Lands End to John O’Groats), again in aid of Jill’s charity. As you will see, Pete has not made it easy for himself by recently breaking his ankle and tearing key ligaments. Please would support Pete with whatever you can and help raise some much needed money for this worthwhile charity.
