Hi everyone

As many of you know Paul's Mum, Diane Wood, recently completed an extended course of treatment for Multiple Myeloma. Her strength is truly astonishing and it was wonderful to see her looking so well when Paul and Elizabeth were married last month.

To raise money for Myeloma UK we are going to take on the Gobi Desert Challenge in Mongolia this August.

Over a period of six days we will cover 140 miles on foot while carrying all our food and kit. During the race temperatures will top 40C and we will be faced with imposing sand dunes, towering mountains and seemingly endless sun-baked desert plains. All the while trying to avoid the local wolves, bears & vultures!

Please dig deep and donate now. Even if you can only spare a few pennies, it will all add up and make a big difference.

Thanks everyone, your generosity means a massive amount to us both.

Owen and Paul
