The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Well new Job new Challenge..... I am riding the Palace 2 Palace to raise money for the princes trust. The great work that they do can be found at : www.princes-trust.org.uk.

Personally this is going to hurt - as a War Pensioner I have not really done anyhting like this for many years. I need a challenge to myself so that I get back to some kind of shape. This is just the focus that I am going to need.
