The last time I attempted a marathon was when I was about 22. After finishing it I said I would never do another one. 

Now some 10 years or so later I am running the Amsterdam Marathon on the 18th October 2009 and I have set myself the challenge of beating the time I did all those years ago. I am also trying to raise some money for Zoe's Place which is a children's hospice in West Derby.
