Hello thanks for visiting my fund raising page.
On 25 April 2010, I will join 36,000 others taking part in the largest and most highly publicised running event in the world. The Virgin London Marathon. I will be sporting a silly WIG. After all you need to be silly to run 26.2 miles..Heroes :- War wounded "It’s about the blokes, our men and women of the Armed Forces. It’s about Derek, a rugby player who has lost both his legs, it’s about Carl whose jaw is wired up so he has been drinking through a straw. It’s about Richard who was handed a mobile phone as he lay on the stretcher so he could say goodbye to his wife. It’s about Ben, it’s about Andy and Mark, it’s about them all. They are just blokes but they are our blokes; they are our heroes.

Last year I put my heart and soul/soles! into raising money for 2 charities ending with me completing the Marathon with a stress fracture on my right leg in 4hrs 37mins. My goal in 2010 is to raise at least £1000
